Top Indian general injured in IOK helicopter crash

SRINAGAR: An Indian army chopper crash-landed in Indian-occupied Kashmir this afternoon, injuring troops, NDTV reported.
The crash took place in Kashmir’s Poonch area.
A top general has also been among the injured.
Northern Army commander Lt Gen Ranbir Singh was part of the seven-member crew, including two pilots, reported news agency PTI.
A thorough investigation has been launched, but initial assessment has pointed towards a technical problem, according to the report.
