CJP takes notice as former PU VC, others professors brought to court in handcuffs
Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar took a suo motu notice on Saturday after former vice chancellor Mujahid Kamran and other professors were handcuffed before being produced in a court.
