The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of T10 League franchise Qalandars, Sameen Rana expressed his disappointment after the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) decided that the board revoked the NOCs issued to its players for the upcoming Abu Dhabi T10 League.

“I wish it had been clear before the draft whether the PCB would issue NOCs or not,” Rana told ESPNcricinfo.

He think it’s disappointing for the Pakistan players, with them being prevented from playing in global events like the T10. They would have had a chance to learn from players around the world.

It is pertinent to mention here that the league is schedule to take place in UAE from November 15-24, while the Qalandars had drafted in the most number of Pakistan players, which included all-rounders Mohammad Hafeez, Imad Wasim and Faheem Ashraf.
