Generation, a Pakistani clothing brand, came up with an innovative campaign on Breast Cancer Awareness. The video, however, became controversial on social media.

The video educates women to check for early signs of lumps, which can be an indication of breast cancer. Three easy-to-follow steps are indicated in the informational video.

However, some netizens were not happy with the way the video was presented and objected to the content. There were other who said that an animated video would have spread the message in a better way.

According to the Journal of Pakistan Medical Association (JPMA) almost 90,000 women suffer from breast cancer each year in Pakistan. Of these, 40,000 women die. The detection of breast cancer early raises chances of survival by 90%.
