Sindh CM fails to attend NAB hearing in sugar mills case
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Tuesday failed to present before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Tuesday for a hearing in sugar mills case.
According to NAB sources, the chief minister had already provided the bureau with his answers on queries at an earlier date, Geo News reported.
This is the second time Sindh CM Shah has failed to appear before the accountability body.
Earlier this year, Sindh CM appeared before the watchdog’s Rawalpindi branch for his alleged involvement in fake bank accounts case.
Speaking to the media following his appearance, Shah said, “I appeared before NAB for the first time. I have nothing to hide and am fully prepared for an investigation.”
