Pakistan army soldier Nasir Hussain martyred in India fire

RAWALPINDI: A Pakistani soldier embraced martyrdom on Saturday due to to “unprovoked” firing by Indian troops from across the Line of Control in Hajipir sector of Haveli district.

According to ISPR, the media arm of Pakistan Army, the martyred soldier was identified as Havaldar Nasir Hussain.

The martyr hailed from Punjab’s Narowal town. He had been serving the Pakistan Army for 16 years, ISPR said.

On the other hand, Indian news agency ANI said that Indian Army had killed two Pakistani soldiers in retaliation to unprovoked ceasefire violation by Pakistan.

Pakistani soldiers retrieved the bodies of their killed personnel after showing white flag, it claimed.
