Nawazuddin Siddiqui used to ‘get high’ on Momina Mustehsan song
Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui disclosed that he ‘used to get high’ on Momina Mustehsan and Asim Azhar’s song ‘Tera Woh Pyar’ while shooting for Manto.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one of the most popular actors in South Asia. He has not only a legion of fans in India but Pakistanis also love him.
Siddiqui’s Netflix series Sacred Games is feverishly popular in Pakistan as well. It came as a delight to know that the actor has shown some love for Pakistani artists back–disclosing in an interview that he used to ‘get high’ on Tera Woh Pyar by Momina Mustehsan and Asim Azhar.
“During the shoot of Manto, I used to put on my headphones and listen to ‘Tera Woh Pyar’ by this Pakistani singer Maimuna (Momina) Mustehsan. Before shooting for any scene of Manto, I used to listen to this song every time.
There was no connection between the scene and the song but I used to ‘get high’ on it,” he said.
Currently, the song has 132,732,476 views on YouTube and growing. The news was enough to make Asim Azhar’s day, who shared the clip from Nawazuddin’s interview on Instagram.
