Mr Jinnah’s legacy lives on as nation marks 71st death anniversary
The nation is remembering the father of nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on his 71st death anniversary.
On this day, people, including politicians and representatives of government bodies visit the mausoleum to lay a floral wreath on the grave.
A special ceremony of Quran Khawani and Fateha is going to be held at the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam in the metropolis today.
Various programs have also been chalked out by educational institutions and political, social and cultural organizations in his honour.
Television and radio channels also broadcast special programmes in this regard and newspapers pay tribute with special editions to highlight different aspects of the life of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and his extra-ordinary political struggle.
Many admirers are extending their appreciation for the founder of Pakistan on social media and reminiscing his legacy with pictures and motion clips from different phases of his life.
