Moderate earthquake jolts parts of Pakistan
ISLAMABAD: A moderate earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter Scale jolted several parts of Pakistan on Thursday.
According to the National Seismic Monitoring Center, Islamabad, the epicenter of the quake was located in Hindukush region, Afghanistan.
The quake was felt in Peshawar, Islamabad, Swat, North Waziristan, tribal agencies and many areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
According to information reaching here, all the districts of Hazara Division were also shaken by the tremor.
There are no immediate reports of any casualties or damage to properties due to the quake.
