PM Khan to address rally in Muzaffarabad today
MUZAFFARABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will address a public rally today (Friday) to express solidarity with the people of occupied Kashmir.
Prime Minister Khan is expected to show solidarity with the people of occupied Kashmir who are suffering from curfew-like restrictions and communications blockade ever since India revoked Article 370 of the constitution.
Article 370 granted special status to occupied Kashmir. After its revocation, Pakistan reacted strongly by suspending trade with India and downgrading diplomatic ties with New Delhi.
In his weekly press briefing, Foreign Office Spokesperson Dr Mohammad Faisal said that the prime minister will delivery a police statement on the issue of occupied Kashmir.
