Shireen Mazari tweets video of Indian armed forces cutting down fruit trees to starve Kashmiris
A video tweeted by Federal Human Rights Minister Shireen Mazari on Sunday showed Indian Army troops cutting down fruit trees to starve Kashmiris.
It has been 40 days since the Indian government has imposed curfew-like restrictions in occupied Kashmir. Indian armed forces have arrested 4,000 Kashmiris and a communication blockade is in place.
Kashmiris living in occupied Jammu and Kashmir are suffering from food and medicine shortage.
In a video tweeted by Federal Human Rights Minister Shireen Mazari, Indian Army troops can be seen cutting down fruit trees so that the population starves.
“Indian occupation forces can’t even bare to see fruit trees live in IOJK – lest the Muslim Kashmiris eat the fruit. Such is the barbarism of the Rogue Modi Govt’s fascist hate-filled mindset. #Kashmir,” she tweeted.
