Urmila Matondkar angers Indians after crticising Article 370 scrapping
Bollywood actress Urmila Matondkar has gotten into trouble with Indians after she spoke out against the revocation of Article 370 of the Indian constitution.
Urmila Matondkar had slammed the Indian government’s action of scrapping Article 370 of the Indian constitution a few days ago when she said that her husband had not been able to speak to his family since the last 22 days.
“The question is not only about abrogating Article 370. It was done in inhuman manner,” she had said on Friday, speaking to Indian media. “My father-in-law and mother-in-law stay there. Both are diabetic, have high blood pressure. Today is the 22nd day, neither me nor my husband have been able to speak to them. We have no clue if they have medicines available at home.”
As expected, extremist Indians started abusing and trolling the Bollywood actress for slamming the Indian government.
Your inlaws are ailing and you let them be in Kashmir, a cold and uptill 370 was removed not a medically advanced state. You and your husband are in Mumbai and do not keep your parents with you who are ailing ???? You are not a good role model and please dont publicize this fact

@UrmilaMatondkar should know that family members of Indian army personnel also undergo the same trauma when they are unable to talk to their dear ones posted in the border posts for months together. Talking about 3 weeks. Go to hell. Nobody cares what you say. #KashmirWithModi

She can stoop so low, even on a family issue. They could fly down and meet her ailing in-laws!

Kashmir has been under lockdown for the past 25 days. As many as 4,000 people have been detained by Indian security forces.
