Court extends Rana Sanaullah’s judicial remand till August 24
LAHORE: An accountability court on Friday extended the judicial remand of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) senior leader Rana Sanaullah till August 24.
During today’s hearing, the PML-N leader was handed the copies of the challan against him.
The court also directed the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) to present closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage in the next hearing.
The court also ordered return of the PML-N leader’s belongings after Sanaullah’s lawyer raised that there was an amount of Rs600,000 in his client’s car which was not returned.
The ANF arrested Sanaullah in a drug-related case when he was travelling with his guards to a meeting from Faisalabad to Lahore on July 1.
