Pakistani actress Armeena Rana Khan and her fiance Fesl have written a lengthy open letter to UNICEF, urging the body to act against its Goodwill Ambassador Priyanka Chopra.

Taking to Twitter, Armeena shared her open letter to UNICEF in which she warned the international body that if it did not take action against Priyanka Chopra, then she would urge the people of Pakistan and its elected leaders to distance themselves from the global organization.

In the letter, she pointed out how Priyanka had cheered for war on February 26 when the UN, UNICEF’s parent organisation, was urging both nuclear-armed nations to remain calm.

She pointed out the hypocritical stance taken by Priyanka when a Pakistani girl called her out recently at a public event in Los Angeles when she questioned her about the tweet.

Priyanka Chopra was attending an event at Los Angeles when a Pakistani woman asked her a question. The whole crowd listened as the woman slammed her for ‘encouraging nuclear war with Pakistan.’

In February this year, when IAF jets intruded into Pakistani airspace and dropped their payload at Balakot, Chopra was among the Indian celebrities who hailed the IAF.

Despite being a UNICEF ambassador, Chopra cheered for war. She was called out for her hypocrisy by many Pakistanis and other people around the globe.

“As a peace ambassador, you are supporting nuclear war with Pakistan. There’s no winner in this. As a Pakistani, like millions of people I have supported you in your business,–“says the woman before her microphone sound fades off.

“I hear you,” responds a visibly embarrassed Priyanka. “Whenever you’re done venting. Got it? Done. Okay cool,” she replies.

Priyanka said that she was friends with many people from Pakistan and that war was not someArmeena
