PTI spent more on media ads in first 9 months compared to PPP, PML-N
The PML-N and the PPP didn't spend as much as the PTI did in its first 9 months in govt
ISLAMABAD: A statement of ads from the Press Information Department (PID) revealed that the PTI government has spent more in its first nine months in government than the PPP or the PML-N did.
According to the statement of ads from the PID, the PTI has spent a whopping amount of Rs2,458,041,615 and Rs137,204,856 on print and electronic media, respectively. This amounts to a total of 2,595,246431. This amount was spent by the PTI government in its first nine months from 18-8-2018 till 31-05-2019.

The PML-N government spent Rs940,198,146 and Rs385,566,161 on print and electronic media in its first nine months in power. This was from 5-06-2013 till 17-03-2014.
The PPP government spent Rs935,408,545 and none on electronic media in its first nine months after forming the government. This time period was from 25-03-2008 till 16-01-2009.
