Kulbhushan verdict: Fawad Chaudhry congratulates Pakistan legal team

ISLAMABAD: Federal Science Minister Fawad Chaudhry felicitated Pakistan’s legal team after the International Court of Justice (ICJ) rejected India’s plea to acquit convicted spy Kulbhushan Jadhav.

“Apparently news reports from (The) Hague suggests that not only Indian case for acquittal,release,return stands rejected but apparently Int Court also upheld Jurisdiction of Mily Court in #Kalbhushan case,Indeed a great outcome, Congs to Pak legal team for putting up great fight,” Chaudhry tweeted.

He said that sponsoring terrorism in Pakistan won’t make things better.

“India must acknowledge her policies towards Pak are wrong and needs positive review of policy. Doctrine to weaken Pak is hurting the region need to rethink on Kashmir narrative and resume talks to settle issues. Sponsoring terroism in Pak wont make things better.,” Chaudhry added.

Kulbhushan, a serving Indian naval officer, was arrested from Balochistan and sentenced to death by a military court on charges of terrorism and espionage.
