In a video message, the UK high commissioner greeted with Assalam Alaikum, as he went on to anticipate the arrival of the month of Ramadan.

“On my behalf as well as the British High Commissioner, I congratulate all the Muslims from Pakistan, Britain and all over the world who will be welcoming the holy month of Ramadan”, he can be heard saying in the video.

“I extend kind wishes for all. I have faith that the holy month of Ramadan will bring a message of peace, fraternity and happiness. Ramadan Mubarak”, he concluded.
