PM Imran Khan orders inquiry into Quetta terrorist attack

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan said that he was deeply saddened by a terrorist attack on Hazarganji market of Quetta

At least 16 people, including eight members of the ethnic Hazara community, died and 30 people were wounded when the powerful bomb struck the market on Thursday morning.

“I have asked for an immediate inquiry and increased security for the people,” PM Khan said, ordering an increased security for the people.

“Deeply saddened & have strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Hazarganji market area of Quetta targeting our innocent people. I have asked for an immediate inquiry & increased security for the ppl. Prayers go to the families of the victims & for early recovery of the injured,” the premier tweeted.
