Former England captain Nasser Hussain picks Pakistan as favourites to win World Cup

England’s former skipper Nasser Hussain picked Pakistan as favourites to win the upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, which will take place from May 30 to July 16 in England.

While talking to a sports website, Nasser Hussain said that Pakistan had played poor cricket against former champions Australia but still Pakistan will be a surprise package in the upcoming tournament.
“I know they played poor cricket against Australia but still they can be lethal in the upcoming mega event.” Hussain added.

It pertinent to mention here that Pakistan will face England in a five-match ODI series ahead of World Cup while to meet West Indies in their first encounter of the tourney on May 31 at Trent Bridge.
