LONDON: Fakhar Zaman hits a century as Pakistan defeated Northamptonshire by eight wickets to registered their second warm-up win.

Pakistan chased down 274-run target with eight wickets in hand. The visitors were off to a brisk start posting 50 after just 6 overs.

Fakhar Zaman raced to his century in a 150-run stand with Imam ul Haq bbut fell shortly after.

Pakistan lost their second wicket after the score passed 200, Holland taking his first for the club as he bowled Imam-Ul-Haq for 71. The Men in Green chased down the total after 41 overs, winning by 8 wickets.

Earlier, Northamptonshire captain Josh Cobb won the toss and chose to bat at The County Ground.

Cobb finished 146 not out from 145 deliveries, finding the rope 12 times and striking 6 maximums.

Northamptonshire finished with 273/6, a respectable total particularly given the start they had.
