Sammy hails Karachi as great place to play cricket
KARACHI: Peshawar Zalmi skipper Darren Sammy lavished praise on Karachi, calling the city a great place to play cricket.
In a message on Twitter before his departure from Pakistan, Sammy thanked fans for the love and support he was extended during his stay in the country.
The Saint Lucian cricketer said that he would be back to Pakistan again.
“Pakistan I’ll be back.. thank you for all the love and support… Karachi was electric one of the best atmospheres I’ve played in. Great place to play cricket.,” he said.

The former two-time World Cup winning captain led Zalmi to their third consecutive final appearance of the Pakistan Super League where they were convincingly beaten by Quetta Gladiators.
Young bowling sensation Hasnain bagged three key wickets to guide Gladiators to their maiden title.
