PCB Chief thanks PM, security forces and Sindh government for proper safety measures during PSL 2019 matches
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman, Ehsan Mani said that he was thankful to security forces, Prime Minister Imran Khan and Sindh government for ensuring proper security for the all the eight matches including the event final.
While addressing the crowd during the closing ceremony, Mani said “I want to make clear that this PSL does not belong to me and neither does it belongs to any security institution or any political party, it belongs to you, the people of Pakistan.
“The tournament wouldn’t have been possible without the government support. I thank all of you for supporting Pakistan cricket,” the PCB chief added.
Mani also thanked CM Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah, Commander Karachi, IG Police Sindh and DG Rangers for stepping up and working tirelessly when the PCB decided to hold all eight games of the PSL 2019 at the National Stadium Karachi.
The PCB chairman had all praise for the Karachiites for the way they have supported Pakistan Super League 2019.
