Pakistan needs Nawaz Sharif, says Maryam
ISLAMABAD: PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz says that Pakistan needs Nawaz Sharif, who would not be able to receive any visitors on Friday due to his health condition.
Taking to Twitter on Thursday, Maryam prayed for the long life and good health of the former three-time prime minister.
“We all need him. Pak needs him,” she said, thanking her supporters and followers for their continuous support.
“Due to MNS’s health condition, he will not be able to receive any visitors tomorrow. May Allah SWT bless him with long life & good health. Ameen. We all need him. Pak needs him. Thank you everyone for your kind & continuous support. Means a lot to me,” she tweeted.
I wanted to meet MNS tomorrow to ask after him as he is unwell but the permission has been DENIED. Was told the concerned authorities were helpless as orders have been issued ‘directly by the govt’. Remember, life is an echo. What you send out, comes back.

Nawaz Sharif has been serving 7-year imprisonment at Kot Lakhpat Prison after being declared guilty of corruption by an anti-graft court.
The former premier has challenged the sentence and applied for bail on health grounds.
