Ahad Raza Mir, Sajal Aly starrer Yeh Dil Mera’s teaser becomes controversial
The teaser for the upcoming drama serial starring Ahad Raza Mir and Sajal Aly received a lot of backlash on social media after the former’s character behaved inappropriately towards the latter’s character in the teaser.
Ahad and Sajal are back again to scorch out screens and fans of the real and reel-life couple can’t be more excited. Fans were eagerly awaiting for the two to be seen again on the silver screen after their work in Yaqeen ka Safar and Aangan won them a new legion of fans.
However, the teaser for their upcoming drama serial ‘Yeh Dil Mera’ has disturbed a lot of fans after it showed Ahad’s character behaving inappropriately with Sajal’s.
In the teaser, Ahad (who plays Sajal’s character’s boss) makes inappropriate remarks during a job interview. Netizens slammed the show makers for choosing such a storyline and also Ahad and Sajal for playing these characters.

This is a disgusting story line. Were you not content with weeping in every single drama serial you've ever starred in and showing girls their entitlement to misery? That youre now attacking workplaces too?
Extremely irresponsible, unethical and lazy productions @humtv

This is what a mediocre person in our society fantasise himself of doing in a position of power and this story only reinforce his way thinking. Rather than highlighting the real social problems, mainstream TV channels are normalising and romanticising workplace harrasment. Wow!

Who wears such clothes for an interview? Which boss asks such questions? What kind of drama is this?

No offence but if anyone conducted an interview like that in real life it would be creepy af and qualify as sexual harassment. Our TV writers need to stop framing male creepiness as romance.

We can see in the teaser that Ahad and Sajal’s characters fall in love. Let’s wait till the show to see how THAT conversation ends!
